IT Specialist for ServiceNow Application Development

Job Description:

We are seeking an IT specialist to join our team in developing and maintaining applications on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with backend development using JavaScript and a strong understanding of ServiceNow functionality.

The selected individual will be responsible for designing, creating, deploying, and enhancing multiple ServiceNow applications supporting various business needs. They will also contribute to the development of code, unit test, hold code reviews, check in code, and help to build the code pipeline for continuous integration/continuous delivery.

This position requires excellent technical skills, including knowledge of ServiceNow features such as ITSM, SPM, APW, CMDB, ITOM/ITAM, CSM, ATF, DevSecOps, Service Portal, and custom application development. Experience with Agile frameworks and version control systems like Git is also essential.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive experience with JavaScript programming language and ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow features and functionalities.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
• Excellent technical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay Range: $103,800 - $218,100
