Senior ServiceNow Expert

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for deploying and installing out-of-the-box modules in ServiceNow.

You will also support the operations and maintenance of scoped ServiceNow applications, research, test, build, and coordinate the integration of new products per production and client requirements.

Additionally, you will configure, develop, and test workflows to ensure seamless service delivery. Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in ServiceNow development or equivalent expertise
• Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Security Operations (SecOps), custom application development, and ServiceNow's Next UI
• Experience with ServiceNow's Now Assist and/or Agentic AI capabilities is desired
• Experience with systems integration is expected Benefits
