We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with specialized focus on Performance Analytics and reporting, to join our team supporting the Department of Transportation (DOT).

Top 3 Qualifications, Skills, Experience or Certifications:

1. Candidate must be proficient with Performance Analytics
2. 9+ years of relevant IT experience, including at least 5 in administration services for a major Service Management System (SMS), preferably Service Now
3. Current Service Now Certified Application Specialist - Performance Analytics (CAS-PA) is required Job Role Specific Requirements: Core responsibilities and duties; highlight day-to-day activities:

• Perform implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development with ServiceNow ITSM application suite, and in identified speciality(ies)

Preferred skills and qualifications:

1. Contribute to the design of the DOT Service Management System (SMS) and support SMS operations, to include engineers and the SMS development life cycle.
2. Evaluate evolving ServiceNow reporting functionality, remaining cognizant of complex system inter-dependencies and associated business process implications
3. Lead efforts to analyze and optimize report and dashboard performance
4. Maintain awareness and drive implementation of industry trends, upgrades/releases and best practices in ServiceNow reporting
5. Partner with stakeholders (internal/external) to understand report/data requirements and ensure results meet the business needs
6. Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services
7. Deliver new functionality across applications
8. Manage and perform SMS development activities, supporting the entire development lifecycle
9. Apply SDLC and DevOps principles
10. Perform response and resolution for escalated SMS service requests and incidents.
11. Assist the platform administrator with incident resolution.
12. Participate in on-call rotation providing support during non-business hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
