ServiceNow Lead Atlanta, GA (Onsite 5 days a week) 1-2 Months CTH
Overview: Seeking a ServiceNow Platform Lead to manage US stakeholders and an offshore team in India. Must have strong ServiceNow expertise, communication skills, and the ability to drive delivery and best practices.
Responsibilities: Serve as main point of contact for ServiceNow-related queries Participate in PI planning, translating business needs into solutions Lead incident resolution and troubleshooting Review deliverables, promote best practices, and mentor offshore team Collaborate with Operations and DevOps on compliance and CI/CD
Requirements: 5+ years of ServiceNow experience Strong knowledge of modules, incident management, and Agile/Scrum Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, source control
Preferred: ServiceNow CSA certification Scrum certifications (PSM I, PSPO I) Offshore team experience
