Senior Training Specialist for ServiceNow Platform

Job Description

A leading organization in the chemical manufacturing industry is seeking a highly skilled Senior Training Specialist to join their Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team.

This key role will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to support the successful adoption of the ServiceNow platform across global business units.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in creating product documentation and end-user materials relating to training, guidelines, how-to documents, FAQs, workflows, or technical support.

Suitable candidates will also possess a strong ServiceNow background, including training, documentation, implementation, and post go-live support. Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Product Training/Development, Change Management, Business Analysis, or Project Management/Coordination
• Exposure to the ServiceNow platform from an implementation or documentation standpoint, specifically relating to various workflows such as Raw Material, Bulk, Packaged, R&T Sample, Intermediate, PFR, Packaging, Extension, BOM Change, Tolling, and Deactivation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
