Software Development and Platform Enhancement

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to join our team in developing and enhancing the core platform capabilities that support high-throughput workloads, AI-powered insights, and efficient data flows to meet business needs.

This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining resilient, observable, and scalable systems using cloud-native tools. The ideal candidate will have experience with full-stack development, including front-end and back-end components, and will be able to deliver clean, maintainable, well-tested code with a focus on performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing core platform capabilities that support various workloads for businesses
• Designing and implementing data integrations with data lakes, event stores, and analytics systems
• Contributing code to both front-end and back-end components
• Ensuring quality and well-tested code with a focus on performance and reliability
• Participating in design reviews and technical discussions
• Coordinating technical deliverables across sprint cycles and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Utilizing cloud-native tools and services to build and deploy the platform

Requirements:

• Experience with Anaplan OWP implementation and understanding of other Anaplan modules
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with DevOps principles and practices
• Experience with data engineering and data processing pipelines is a plus
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and cost optimization is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5 years of experience in systems analysis or application programming development
• Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Work Environment:

This is a remote position, but occasional travel to our offices for training or meetings may be required. To be successful in this role, you must be able to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office and have a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information.
