Lead ServiceNow Automation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our ServiceNow development team, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test cases using ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF). Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automated test scripts for human testers to use.
• Perform both unit and end-to-end testing of solutions built on the ServiceNow platform.
• Represent the QA perspective while working with developers to define a test-centric technical architecture.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA team members to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Mentor team members on QA practices and contribute to the evolution of QA best practices within the team. Required Skills and Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, QA Engineering / Testing, or similar roles.
• Minimum 2 years of ServiceNow-specific experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF.
• Experience integrating ATF with end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Proven experience working with centralized QA testing teams. Benefits
