ServiceNow Architect and Enterprise IT Strategist

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design scalable and efficient solutions that drive IT operations, automation, and service delivery across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architecture for ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps, and custom applications, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Lead roadmap development for ServiceNow platform usage and governance, collaborating with stakeholders to define solution architecture and align with enterprise strategies.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, create architectural diagrams, data models, and integration blueprints, and provide technical leadership to developers and admins.
• Evaluate new features, plugins, and integrations, making recommendations for adoption, and ensure platform security, compliance, performance, and scalability through proper design.
• Oversee complex integrations with third-party systems using APIs, MID servers, and IntegrationHub, leading design review sessions and ensuring development aligns with architectural standards.
• Manage upgrades and ensure backward compatibility of customizations and integrations, collaborating with ServiceNow product managers, business analysts, and enterprise architects.
