Job Opportunity: Technology Trainer – ServiceNow (Interview + Technology)
Position: Technology Trainer – ServiceNow
Experience Required: 10+ Years in ServiceNow Platform Development & Administration
Mode: Remote / Part-time
Focus: Interview Preparation | Technology Training | Career Enablement (Beginner → Lead Level)
Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end training programs (Beginner → Lead level)
Cover ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, Workflows, IntegrationHub
Evaluate & rewrite resumes to align with ServiceNow industry standards
Review, rewrite, and structure project stories to highlight ServiceNow implementations
Prepare real-world case studies & scenario-based interview Qs
Design situation-based problem-solving, workflow, and integration questions
Provide interview readiness docs: Q&A banks, cheat sheets, reference materials
Conduct mock interviews (Technical + HR style) with feedback
Mentor candidates on ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, ITSM, etc.)
Build training material: presentations, hands-on labs, assignments, assessments
Ensure candidates articulate answers & project stories confidently
Continuously update training with latest ServiceNow releases, tools, and best practices
Requirements
Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, configuration & administration
Strong expertise in Workflows, Service Catalog, CMDB, Scripting (JavaScript), and Integrations
Knowledge of ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, customization, and automation
Prior interviewing, mentoring & training experience
Ability to rewrite resumes & project stories to match employer expectations
Excellent communication, facilitation & presentation skills
Relevant certifications preferred (ServiceNow CSA, CIS, CAD, ITSM Specialist)
