ServiceNow Developer Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team and contribute to the configuration and customization of our H&S modules. As part of this role, you will work closely with architects and business analysts to deliver effective solutions that meet the technical architecture and business objectives.

• Configure and enhance H&S modules: Incident, Hazard, Inspections, Risk Assessments
• Develop custom forms, workflows, dashboards, and notifications
• Implement role-based access controls (ACLs)

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, proficiency in Java Script, Glide API, ServiceNow Studio, and experience with Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, and Service Portal. A strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, testing, and debugging, is also essential.

A ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is highly desirable. In addition, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
