ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

This role is responsible for overseeing the implementation of ServiceNow modules related to CSM and ITSM. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow development, from medium to complex projects. Experience in implementing modules related to CSM and ITSM is essential, as well as expertise in instance upgrades and patches for multiple clients.

We are looking for an individual with proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting. Familiarity with integration techniques using REST/SOAP and Integration Hub is also necessary. Additionally, knowledge of relational databases and ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript, as well as APIs, is highly valued.
