A pivotal position in our organization, the ServiceNow Configuration Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing H&S modules. This involves ensuring solutions align with the technical framework and business objectives.

• Create and enhance H&S modules: Incident, Hazard, Inspections, Risk Assessments
• Develop custom forms, workflows, dashboards, and notifications
• Implement role-based access controls (RBAC)
• Collaborate closely with architects and business analysts to deliver effective solutions
