As a ServiceNow Configuration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the platform's functionality to meet business needs. This involves configuring and customizing various modules, ensuring solutions align with the technical architecture and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and optimize ServiceNow modules for maximum efficiency
• Develop custom forms, workflows, dashboards, and notifications to streamline processes
• Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) to maintain data security and integrity
• Collaborate closely with architects and business analysts to deliver effective solutions that meet stakeholder expectations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Studio
• Experience with Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, and Service Portal
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory
