Seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert with extensive experience in Human Resource Service Delivery, Configuration Management Database, and IT Service Management.
Main responsibilities include:
- Supporting ServiceNow application users
- Maintaining system support across Production and Sandbox environments
- Covering modules such as Case, HR Case, Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge
- Implementing ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Portal, Automation, and Reports features
- Ensuring seamless integrations with ServiceNow
- Conducting Release upgrade testing and administering Application security
- Providing user training on standard practices
