Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled ServiceNow SPM Developer to join our team. As a key member of our Agile team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SPM modules, including Project Management, Ideation, Finance Management, Time Management, Resource Management, etc. You should have a strong ability to gather requirements, document solutions, and communicate effectively with clients and team members. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Enhance ServiceNow Solutions: Create efficient and effective solutions using Client and Server-Side scripting, Workspace configurations, and Business Rules.
• Solution Client Requirements: Analyze client needs and provide recommendations based on deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead Requirement Gathering Meetings: Participate in meetings to discuss project requirements, design documentation, and solution implementation.
• Design, Build, and Test ServiceNow Enhancement Stories: Develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing to ensure high-quality deliverables. Requirements and Qualifications
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience:
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow SPM modules: Project Management, Ideation, Finance Management, Time Management, Resource Management, etc.
• Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Agile methodology knowledge: Experience working in Agile teams and managing user stories from development through testing and documentation.
