ServiceNow Support Specialist

We are seeking a ServiceNow Support Specialist to provide technical support, perform system maintenance, and assist end-users with ServiceNow-related issues. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, IT service management (ITSM) principles, and general IT operations.

This role involves:

  • Troubleshooting incidents related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades to ensure the platform remains stable and operational.
  • Providing support to end-users addressing their questions and concerns regarding the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ensuring all support activities comply with IT security policies and federal regulations.

The successful candidate should have:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
  • 5 years of experience in Information Technology operations.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, help desk processes, applications, networking, Office 365, and Azure.
  • Familiarity with IT security policies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred.
