ServiceNow Developer with ITSM Catalog experience

Location: Plano, TX (hybrid & Need only locals)

Required skills:

• 8-10 years of relevant IT and web development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification required
• Strong ITSM, Portal, Catalog, and Knowledge Management administration; UX design for catalog development
• Extensive experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow Scripting, XML, Shell Scripting, and REST API
• Familiarity with ITIL framework, architectural/infrastructure environments, and technical documentation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills on ServiceNow platform (Service Request Catalog & Knowledge Management)
• Understanding of UX/UI best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $93,145.87 - $150,000.00 per year
