Technical Leader - ServiceNow Development

A key member of our team is sought to develop solution architectures addressing technical, management, and operational aspects of proposals.

This position involves providing development support for ServiceNow projects and enhancements, developing process workflows and automation strategies, collaborating with the team in architecture design and reviews, and leading the development of solution artifacts.

We require a skilled developer with experience across various parts of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR, and expertise in Web development technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions using the ServiceNow platform
• Design and implement process workflows and automation strategies
• Collaborate with the team on architecture design and reviews
• Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as roadmaps, optimization of operations, architecture, and/or block diagrams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience, Master's degree and 1 year of experience, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer
• 3+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews
