This position is for a Senior Servicenow Itom and Itam Technical Consultant who will work with clients on servicenow engagements. The role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate with peers.
The consultant will execute duties from each of the technical roles on a Servicenow team, including system administrator, quality assurance tester, implementer, and developer. Responsibilities include managing user and group administrative requests, reporting, form changes, dashboard creation, and first-level problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities include refining stories, collaborating with business consultants to align technical work with process goals, providing technical oversight and guidance to the implementation team, and ensuring adherence to Servicenow platform standards and customer security policies.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint deliverables, provide advisory support, troubleshoot issues, and support UAT and go-live activities.
- Deliver documentation and support knowledge transfer, partner with the team to resolve UAT findings, build and deploy UI policies, UI actions, script includes, scheduled jobs, import sets, and transform maps.
- Maintain existing and develop additions to the service catalog and related workflows, implement software solutions using Servicenow tools and best practices, assist in building workflows and writing automated scripts.
- Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of Servicenow and its integrated applications, load, manipulate, and maintain data between Servicenow and other systems.
