ServiceNow CMDB Architect Job Description

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a ServiceNow CMDB Architect. The role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including Discovery and CMDB. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong background in integrating ServiceNow with external systems, such as APIs and MID Servers. The ideal candidate will also possess a solid understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and IT governance frameworks, as well as proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and scripting.

• Must-Have Skills:
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including Discovery and CMDB.
• Strong background in integrating ServiceNow with external systems (e.g., via APIs, MID Servers).
• Solid understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and IT governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript).

The successful candidate will be able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for diverse stakeholders.
