Senior ServiceNow HR Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior ServiceNow HR Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) principles and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business process improvements. Job Description

This position involves gathering business requirements, designing and maintaining all HRSD applications, except for Knowledge Management and the Portal. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business needs into technical specifications and solutions within ServiceNow HRSD.

The key responsibilities include leading the design, documentation and show backs of ServiceNow HR Services, Record Producers, SLAs, Lifecycle Events and Journeys. Additionally, the candidate will provide expert guidance and best practices for utilizing ServiceNow HRSD applications and capabilities to drive business process optimization. Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in HR Operations
• 5 years' experience designing, configuring and maintaining ServiceNow HRSD applications
• 3 years' experience with backlog, demand, and incident management
• 2 years' demonstrated problem-solving skills
• 2 years' experience effectively communicating and collaborating in a diverse team environment Benefits
