Job Summary
CACI seeks a Project Manager for complex, mission-critical ServiceNow applications. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading daily delivery of iterative release goals and objectives
- Implementing Agile/Scrum principles and practices
- Mentoring team on Agile processes and methods
- Facilitating root cause analysis and removing impediments
The ideal candidate will have strong Agile Scrum delivery skills, project management experience, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities also include:
- Dedicated team support for Headquarters Customer
- Leveraging personality, leadership, and organizational talents to meet goals
- Creating and monitoring team metrics
- Facilitating meetings for Agile/Scrum and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree + 8 years' relevant experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Charisma and understanding of ServiceNow/ITSM ecosystem
- Experience in high-performing development teams
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceNow Agile 2.0 module
- Agile or Scrum Master certification
- Project Management certifications or experience
- Supporting Federal government projects
