ServiceNow Implementation Manager

Job Overview

This role is a unique opportunity to lead ServiceNow implementation efforts and drive business value through process improvements, integration, and innovation. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ServiceNow strategy and roadmaps in alignment with business objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy ServiceNow solutions
• Mature TD&CS demand model and project management capabilities within ServiceNow
• Work with platform architecture and development teams to ensure alignment to standards and roadmap trajectory
• Plan, coordinate, and co-lead meetings and regularly communicate progress to stakeholders Requirements
• Seven (7) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
• Five (5) years of ServiceNow or other enterprise platform experience including configuration, testing, delivery, and integration
• Five (5) years of experience working with both functional and technical decision-makers, experience documenting business processes within enterprise-level companies
• This is a hybrid role and would require to be near one of our US office locations
