ServiceNow Automated Test Framework QA Engineer/Tester

Job Overview

GovCIO is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Tester to work in a fast-paced operations and maintenance environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Automated test framework in the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities

• Drive ATF QA efforts across ServiceNow implementations and enhancements
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automated scripts
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify, document, and track defects, drive resolution and retesting
• Ensure compliance with government contract requirements and quality standards
• Provide QA expertise during project planning, execution, and delivery phases
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in QA processes and tools Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific/technical discipline
• 5-8 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in ServiceNow ATF
• 4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
• Strong communication and leadership skills
