Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HRSD Technical Specialist to join our Colleague Experience team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing and maintaining all HRSD applications (except for Knowledge Management and the Portal).

This role requires a strong understanding of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) principles and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business process improvements.
