ServiceNow HR Transformation Expert

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HR transformation expert to support a strategic initiative leveraging ServiceNow HRSD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, designing workflows, and supporting integration efforts across platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the translation of functional HR requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Design and build complex ServiceNow HRSD workflows, including permissions and role-based access.
• Document integration requirements and data flows across systems (e.g., Workday, benefits platforms).
• Collaborate with implementation specialists to hand off configuration-ready documentation.
• Drive and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario development and execution tracking.
• Partner with the Product Manager to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
• Map end-to-end data flows and system interactions across HR platforms.
