Advanced Quality Assurance Engineer - ServiceNow Expert

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our QA group, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our ServiceNow platform enhancements and integrations with other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA and testing efforts for ServiceNow platform enhancements and integrations.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Build and maintain test scripts for human testers to use.
• Perform unit and end-to-end testing of solutions built on the ServiceNow platform.
• Represent the QA perspective while working directly with developers, helping to define a test-centric technical architecture.
• Work with our central QA team to integrate with end-to-end testing tools.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, product owners, and QA team members to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Take the lead on building tools and testing automation, as well as scheduling and performing testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, QA Engineering / Testing, or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF.
• Experience integrating ATF with broader end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Proven experience working with a centralized QA testing team.
• Strong experience working directly with large development/engineering teams.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and continuous testing principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US government suitability clearance.
