Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM Technology Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM Technology Expert. The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow technical capabilities and experience in implementing solutions using ServiceNow tools and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow technical experience, current certifications in ServiceNow System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery, Certified Implementation Specialist – SAM, and advanced skills in configuring and supporting ServiceNow including architecture experience.

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical guidance and support to clients
• Developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
• Maintaining and improving existing ServiceNow configurations
• Collaborating with internal teams to achieve project goals
• Ensuring high-quality delivery of projects
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders

Requirements:

The following qualifications are required for this position:

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow technical experience
• Current certifications in ServiceNow System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery, Certified Implementation Specialist – SAM
• Advanced skills in configuring and supporting ServiceNow including architecture experience
• Strong understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
