Technical Consultant - IT Service Management

We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to join our team in providing expert services for IT service management.

• A strong understanding of software development, debug/troubleshooting skills, and ability to research, analyze, and recommend improvements is essential.
• The consultant will work closely with the implementation team to ensure successful project delivery.
• Detailed documentation and knowledge transfer are also critical components of this role.
