ServiceNow ITSM Business Analyst Locals to Bay Area, CA

Job Overview

As a ServiceNow ITSM Business Analyst, you will work with our clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions using ServiceNow.

This is a contract position requiring local candidates within 50 miles of client offices in Pleasanton, CA; Plano, TX; Boise, ID; or Phoenix, AZ.

• Mandatory Skills/Experience:
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst for ITSM, specifically ServiceNow.
• IT Service Management processes experience (e.g., Incident, Problem and Change Management, Project and Portfolio Management, Service Catalog).
• Support US operations during US Mountain/Pacific time up to 6PM.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Vulnerability Response experience.
• ServiceNow Multi-Source CMDB/CMDB 360 experience.
