Responsibilities

  • Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and oversight to the implementation team, ensuring adherence to ServiceNow platform standards and customer security policies.
  • Process Alignment: Collaborate with business consultants to align technical work with process goals, refining stories and delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Solution Development: Design, build, and deploy UI policies, UI actions, script includes, scheduled jobs, import sets, and transform maps using ServiceNow tools and best practices.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Deliver comprehensive documentation and support knowledge transfer, ensuring seamless handovers and continuous improvement. Requirements
  • Expertise: Proven experience in ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM, with advanced skills in software development, debug/troubleshooting, and research analysis.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in building workflows, writing automated scripts, and maintaining existing and developing additions to the service catalog and related workflows.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements, prioritize tasks effectively, and work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
