Key Responsibilities

  • Refine stories to align with client goals
  • Collaborate with business consultants to ensure technical work meets process objectives
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance to the implementation team
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow platform standards and customer security policies
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint deliverables
  • Provide advisory support to clients
  • Troubleshoot issues and support UAT and go-live activities
  • Deliver documentation and support knowledge transfer to clients Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong software development skills with advanced ability to research, analyze, and recommend improvements
  • Ability to build and deploy UI policies, UI actions, script includes, scheduled jobs, import sets, and transform maps
  • Maintenance and continuous improvement of processes, standards, policies, working methods, and tools
  • Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM Asset Management Benefits
