Key Responsibilities
- Refine stories to align with client goals
- Collaborate with business consultants to ensure technical work meets process objectives
- Provide technical oversight and guidance to the implementation team
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow platform standards and customer security policies
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint deliverables
- Provide advisory support to clients
- Troubleshoot issues and support UAT and go-live activities
- Deliver documentation and support knowledge transfer to clients Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong software development skills with advanced ability to research, analyze, and recommend improvements
- Ability to build and deploy UI policies, UI actions, script includes, scheduled jobs, import sets, and transform maps
- Maintenance and continuous improvement of processes, standards, policies, working methods, and tools
- Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM Asset Management Benefits
