Servicenow Technical Consultant Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Servicenow technical consultant to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality servicenow solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Servicenow tools and technologies, as well as strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with peers. Responsibilities include executing technical roles on a Servicenow team, managing user and group administrative requests, reporting, form changes, and dashboard creation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing technical oversight and guidance to the implementation team and ensuring adherence to Servicenow platform standards and customer security policies.
• Collaborating with business consultants to align technical work with process goals and refine stories.
• Participating in Agile ceremonies and supporting sprint deliverables, providing advisory support, troubleshooting issues, and supporting UAT and go-live activities.
• Demonstrating expertise in implementing software solutions using Servicenow tools and best practices and maintaining existing and developing additions to the service catalog and related workflows.
• Ensuring data integrity by loading, manipulating, and maintaining data between Servicenow and other systems.
