ServiceNow Consultant Role
Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions, as well as a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client needs and develop technical blueprints for ServiceNow implementations
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and workflows to align with specific business requirements
- Develop and demonstrate working prototypes to showcase the value proposition of the solution
- Estimate and quote project timelines and costs
- Lead technical teams throughout the implementation process
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 11 years of experience with ServiceNow
- 10 years of combined experience in IT Management/Leadership
- Passionate Servant Leader and employee advocate with a strong ServiceNow track record in ITSM/ITOM
- Strategic thinker with a comprehensive vision of the ServiceNow platform
- Strong cross-functional capabilities that drive reciprocating value between delivery teams and enterprise stakeholders
