Lead ServiceNow Automation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow Automation Specialist to join our team. This role involves leading QA and testing efforts for ServiceNow platform enhancements and integrations with other systems.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow and Automated Test Framework (ATF) and experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test cases using ATF. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining test scripts for human testers to use. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA and testing efforts for ServiceNow platform enhancements and integrations
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using ATF
• Build and maintain test scripts for human testers
• Perform unit and end-to-end testing of solutions built on the ServiceNow platform
• Represent QA and testing perspective while working with developers Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, QA Engineering / Testing, or similar roles
• Minimum 2 years of ServiceNow-specific experience
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF
• Experience integrating ATF with end-to-end testing frameworks Benefits:
