Job Title: ServiceNow Deployment Expert

We are seeking an expert to deploy the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITOM, ITSM, APM, and CMDB implementations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow modules, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value. Key responsibilities include implementing and configuring ServiceNow modules, designing and deploying end-to-end solutions using ServiceNow best practices, conducting requirements gathering, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver customized solutions.

Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow, with 2-5 years of experience in IT service management.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
• Strong knowledge and experience with various modules including ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Cloud Management), ITSM, CMDB, APM (Application Portfolio Management), HAM (Hardware Asset Management).
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools.
