  • You are proficient in Troubleshooting, ServiceNow, IT infrastructure, Agile methodologies, AWS.

Responsibilities and more:

Job Title: ServiceNow Discovery Lead - GC and US Citizen only

Duration: 1 year

Location: Remote (US or Canada)

Rate: $57/hr on C2C

About the Role:

As a ServiceNow Discovery Lead, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining Discovery probes and patterns, troubleshooting discovery issues, managing MID servers, and collaborating with IT teams to ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document requirements
  • Configure and optimize tools
  • Populate and maintain CMDB data integrity
  • Manage MID servers
  • Schedule and troubleshoot Discovery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Document and share knowledge

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
  • ServiceNow Certified Administrator Fundamentals and Data Foundations
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow Discovery principles and best practices
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
