CMDB Consultant for Large-Scale Implementation

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned CMDB consultant to support our client's major data improvement initiative. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in large-scale Configuration Management Database (CMDB) implementations. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and advise on CMDB strategy, architecture, and governance.
• Assess current CMDB structure and data integrity; identify gaps and recommend remediation plans.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and service management teams to align CMDB with business and IT needs.
• Design and implement data cleanup processes, including deduplication, normalization, and enrichment.
• Develop and enforce CMDB policies, standards, and best practices.
• Support integration with ITSM tools and discovery tools. Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 10 years of experience in IT Configuration Management and CMDB consulting.
• Proven success in navigating large-scale CMDB implementations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and CMDB governance.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB. Benefits:
