Your expertise in ServiceNow will enable you to drive project oversight, provide strategic guidance, and ensure the successful execution of projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technical consultants and developers in delivering ServiceNow-based solutions
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight to ensure project success
- Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service strategies with organizational goals Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Expert-level understanding of ServiceNow platform and capabilities
- Proven track record of leading high-performing technical teams
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $140,000 - $160,000
- Estimated on-target earnings (OTE) of $180,000 - $200,000

- Completed Bachelor's Degree in a related field or relevant experience
- 10 years of technical experience with significant capability in ServiceNow platform
- 3 years of experience in Consulting and/or Services Sales team
