Sr. ServiceNow Lead/Architect

As a Sr. ServiceNow Lead / Architect, your role involves leading and architecting ServiceNow solutions with a focus on modules such as CSM, ITSM, HRSD, and CMD. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Demonstrating 10 years of experience in ServiceNow modules, specifically HRSD, CMD, CSM, and ITSM
• Leading multiple end-to-end, full life cycle implementations of modules CSM, ITSM, HRSD, and CMD
• Providing support to ServiceNow application users in both Production and Sandbox environments
• Handling modules such as Case, HR Case, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Portal, and Automation
• Creating reports and dashboards for effective decision-making
• Managing inbound and outbound integrations with ServiceNow, including transitioning integrations from custom API calls to the integration hub
• Conducting ServiceNow release upgrade testing and ensuring application security administration
• Delivering user training to enable them to perform their day-to-day tasks using ServiceNow standard practices
