We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Platform Specialist to drive the customization and enhancement of our platform. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow applications and modules aligned with business objectives.
• Customize workflows and processes to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Perform system configuration, updates, and maintenance in ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform. Essential Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web services (SOAP/REST).
• Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Update Sets, and Scripting.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
