ServiceNow EC Pro

At People Prime Worldwide, we're seeking a skilled ServiceNow EC Pro to join our team. With 8+ years of experience in the IT industry and expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, you'll play a crucial role in implementing enterprise-wide solutions.

We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in mid-server configuration, CMDB discovery, and Service Graph Connector implementation. Knowledge of networking concepts, including DMZ zones and cloud environments, is essential. A basic understanding of industrial control systems and OT network functions is also required.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management modules in ServiceNow. Additionally, proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and SQL, along with Windows, Linux, and UNIX administration skills, is necessary.

You'll be responsible for developing ServiceNow ITOM configurations, documenting technical details, and training stakeholders on new processes. Collaboration with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions and representation of project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes are also key aspects of this role.
