Senior ServiceNow Technology Lead

Job Description

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker with excellent team-player skills. As a lead developer, you will be responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the application roadmap for enhancements and development
• Provide technical architecture analysis, design and direction on development activities
• Design and configure workflows, forms, and applications in ServiceNow
• Integrate tools and features into ServiceNow
• Develop reports and dashboards to enhance business insights
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve issues within the code
• Build relationships with business partners through analysis, evaluating best practices and aligning technology to solve their issues and improve efficiencies

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Expertise in creating ServiceNow forms, designing/configuring workflows, flow designer and customizing applications
• Knowledge of web applications, networks, protocols and email
• Experience in integrating tools in ServiceNow
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
