ServiceNow Functional Analyst

As a ServiceNow Functional Analyst at Highbrow Technology Inc., you will work on various ServiceNow modules, including CSM, ITSM, and HRSD. With 4-6 years of experience in these areas, you will be able to design realistic enterprise scenarios that map to ServiceNow processes.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Creating workflows, cases, incidents, requests, SLAs, and knowledge management in ServiceNow
• Working with structured data using JSON authoring skills
• Validating tasks and analyzing data using SQL for data analysis
• Crafting effective instructions using prompt engineering skills
• Contributing to the creation of structured training data for AI model training workflows

This is a short-term contract position lasting 2 months. Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience are a bonus.
