Position: ServiceNow Architect – CSM (Pre-Sales & Post-Sales)

Location: Mohali, India | Shift: 4 PM – 1 AM |

Role Summary

We are hiring a ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) . The role involves designing and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions across Pre-Sales (lead, onboarding, entitlement) and Post-Sales (case, contracts, renewals, field service) . You will also work closely with sales teams, clients, and delivery teams to ensure smooth end-to-end customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & implement ServiceNow CSM Pre-Sales & Post-Sales modules.
• Integrate ServiceNow with CRM platforms (Salesforce/MS Dynamics).
• Support pre-sales demos, solution blueprints, and effort estimates.
• Guide delivery teams on workflows, integrations, and security.
• Act as a technical lead & mentor for the team.

Requirements

• 8+ years in ServiceNow, with 3+ years as an Architect .
• Strong hands-on in ServiceNow CSM (Pre-Sales & Post-Sales).
• Knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub).
• Certifications preferred: CTA / CIS-CSM / CSA .
• Excellent communication & consulting skills.
