Senior Mobile Developer for Digital Transformation

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Mobile Developer to join our global digital transformation initiative. As the key architect, you will be responsible for optimizing and developing our ServiceNow Mobile platform (Now Mobile, Mobile Agent) specifically for field and frontline users in critical areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and configure mobile views for key processes including incident capture, inspections, and approval workflows.
• Re-engineer and optimize existing business workflows for a mobile-first user experience, ensuring efficiency and usability on the go.
• Develop and enable robust offline capabilities to ensure application functionality in areas with limited or no connectivity.
• Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with real user groups, gathering feedback to iteratively improve the mobile UX/UI.
• Collaborate with functional analysts, process owners, and the ServiceNow team to deliver a cohesive and powerful mobile solution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must-Have: 3-5 years of hands-on experience specifically with ServiceNow Mobile App Builder, Now Mobile, and Mobile Agent.
• Proven track record in mobile UX/UI design principles and a strong portfolio demonstrating user-friendly mobile interfaces on the ServiceNow platform.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow core platform capabilities and how they translate to the mobile experience.
• Nice-to-Have: Knowledge of iOS/Android Mobile Device Management (MDM) deployment processes.
