We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Mobility Specialist to join our global digital transformation initiative. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and enhancing mobile views for critical business processes, ensuring seamless user experiences on-the-go.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow Mobile App Builder, Now Mobile, and Mobile Agent, as well as a strong portfolio demonstrating user-friendly mobile interfaces on the ServiceNow platform.

In this role, you will work closely with functional analysts, process owners, and the ServiceNow core team to deliver a cohesive and powerful mobile solution. Key Responsibilities

• Design & Configuration: Design, configure, and enhance mobile views for key processes including incident capture, inspections, and approval workflows.
• Mobile-First Workflow: Re-engineer and optimize existing business workflows for a mobile-first user experience, ensuring efficiency and usability on the go.
• Offline Functionality: Develop and enable robust offline capabilities to ensure application functionality in areas with limited or no connectivity. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Must-Have: 3–5 years of hands-on experience specifically with ServiceNow Mobile App Builder, Now Mobile, and Mobile Agent.
• Proven track record in mobile UX/UI design principles and a strong portfolio demonstrating user-friendly mobile interfaces on the ServiceNow platform.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow core platform capabilities and how they translate to the mobile experience. What We Offer
