ServiceNow CMDB Implementation Expert

Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform. Ensure accurate configuration data and alignment with ITIL best practices.

• End-to-end implementation of ServiceNow CMDB ensuring accurate configuration item (CI) data and relationships.
• Design and maintain the CMDB data model including CI classes attributes and relationships.
• Configure and optimize Discovery and Service Mapping to ensure automated and reliable population of CMDB data.
• Integrate CMDB with ITSM ITOM and other enterprise systems for real-time updates and visibility.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 years hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation with at least 3+ years focused on CMDB and Discovery.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes especially Configuration Management.
• Proven experience in Service Mapping Discovery probes/sensors and MID Server configuration.
