Mobile Solutions Developer for Global Transformation

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented professional to join a global digital transformation initiative, leveraging their expertise in creating seamless mobile experiences. In this role, you will be the key architect behind optimizing and developing our ServiceNow Mobile platform (Now Mobile, Mobile Agent), specifically for field and frontline users in critical areas like Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS).

This is an excellent opportunity to apply your mobile expertise to a high-impact project, working remotely from India on a contract basis with strong potential for long-term extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Configuration: Design, configure, and enhance mobile views for key processes including incident capture, inspections, and approval workflows.
• Mobile-First Workflow: Re-engineer and optimize existing business workflows for a mobile-first user experience, ensuring efficiency and usability on the go.
• Offline Functionality: Develop and enable robust offline capabilities to ensure application functionality in areas with limited or no connectivity.
• User-Centric Testing: Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with real user groups, gathering feedback to iteratively improve the mobile UX/UI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with functional analysts, process owners, and the core ServiceNow team to deliver a cohesive and powerful mobile solution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: 3–5 years of hands-on experience specifically with ServiceNow Mobile App Builder, Now Mobile, and Mobile Agent.
• Proven track record in mobile UX/UI design principles and a strong portfolio demonstrating user-friendly mobile interfaces on the ServiceNow platform.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow core platform capabilities and how they translate to the mobile experience.
• Nice-to-Have: Knowledge of iOS/Android Mobile Device Management (MDM) deployment processes.
