ServiceNow Functional Analyst

This role involves working with ServiceNow, specifically CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience with these modules and a strong understanding of workflows, cases, incidents, requests, SLAs, and knowledge management in ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities:

• Designing realistic enterprise scenarios that map to ServiceNow processes.
• Contributing to the creation of structured training data for AI model training workflows.
• Crafting effective instructions through strong prompt engineering skills.
• Performing data analysis and task validation using SQL.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and logical structuring skills. Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience are also highly valued.
